David AI Systems LLC, based in Lakeland, Florida, operates this website to serve business owners in the United States. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit, contact us, or use our website AI assistant.
Contact inquiries
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional business information, and message to respond to your inquiry and discuss our services. The website sends this information through Resend to Ops@davidaisystems.com, our Google Workspace mailbox. Your email address is included as the reply address. Email-open and click tracking are disabled. The form does not book an appointment or create a service agreement.
Our policy is to retain website contact inquiries for 30 days after receipt, then delete them from our working inquiry records. This period applies to our handling of inquiries; it does not mean every service-provider log or backup is deleted at the same time. The website does not maintain its own contact-submission database. Any separate customer relationship and its records will be addressed when we agree to provide services.
Website AI assistant
David is an AI assistant, not a person. When you send a message, the message and conversation context pass through our server to the hosted GLM 5.3 Flash API from Z.ai to generate a reply. This website chat is separate from the custom local AI products we build. Do not enter passwords, payment details, health records, client records, or other confidential or sensitive information.
Z.ai’s API data-processing addendum states that submitted and generated content is processed in real time without being stored on its servers, and that API customer data is generally processed in Singapore. Other service data may be retained under its terms. See Z.ai’s API data-processing terms. Serving US businesses does not mean all website processing stays in the US.
Our application does not store chat transcripts in a database or browser storage. Messages remain in page memory until you reload, close the page, or start again. Choosing the call-planning option can place a summary into the contact form for you to review and submit. If live chat is unavailable, a clearly labeled scripted demo may be offered.
Security and bot protection
Submitting a chat message loads Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP address, browser and device signals, and interaction data. Our server verifies the resulting single-use token before requesting an AI reply; chat text is not included in that verification request. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
To limit abuse, our security database holds request timestamps, random request IDs, a keyed hash derived from the connecting IP address, and temporary in-progress request markers. It does not hold chat text or raw IP addresses. Limits use a rolling 24-hour window; older records are removed when the next valid chat request is processed. Hosting backups may retain earlier copies. Shared connections share usage limits.
Hosting, maps, and other services
The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting and security services process technical request information, including IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the website. Their operational logs and backups follow their own retention practices.
This website does not add Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site. Google Maps loads only when you select “Load Google Map”; selecting directions also opens Google. These optional actions connect to Google under Google’s Privacy Policy. Email and telephone links open your chosen applications.
We use service providers to operate the site, deliver messages, and answer chat requests. Their processing may occur outside the United States. Additional information: Resend privacy, OpenAI privacy, and Cloudflare privacy.
Your choices and privacy questions
You can browse without using chat, the contact form, or the map. To ask about information you have provided, request access or correction, or request deletion, contact Ops@davidaisystems.com. We may need to verify your request and will respond as applicable law requires. This site is intended for business users, not children.
